Practicioners accreditation & certification 

The goal 
The aim of this output is to facilitate the process of valorizing project outcomes according to the EQF and respective instruments in order to improve their efficiency and attractiveness.

The target group 
The target groups are textile professionals interested in taking initiatives towards environmental sustainability, VET & Textile experts willing to actively participate in an open dialogue about green methods that establish gender equality, HEI with Textile/Environmental departments, Public bodies/authorities, Training centers/NGOs tackling gender inequalities/taking environmental actions, AR developers or developers/organizations willing to embrace innovative digital solutions for sustainable training purposes and enhanced learning experiences, policy makers and digital agencies.

 Innovation & Impact 
The initiative provides the first opportunity for seasoned organizations, IT firms, environmental clusters, industry experts, and credential bodies to team up in order to offer a strong platform for training and competency validation with the aim of engaging industry experts in continuous professional development. In addition to having a knock-on effect, the system could be applied to other industries.

The AR4ReClothing BADGES are a certification that will be recognized by the EU labour market, being established according to a standardized EU-recognized accreditation scheme. Professionals working in As a result, the clothing industry has access to a legit EU-recognized certification recognizing their recently developed knowledge and skills that align with labor market demands. Just this aspect will make them attractive to employers and to job seekers. In addition, the fact that the official examinations will be conducted online provides candidates with access to a fair and open-source validation and qualification scheme.

All data related to the qualification framework and activities of learners are collected in this document per partner country. This is the groundwork for the certification process that will run during the last month of the project.

PR4-T4.2 AR4ReClothing Badges: Certification Ecosystem Configuration

 This document presents a the qualification framework requirements as well as the assessment methodology for the project. A consistent framework that includes both the examination criteria and the questions (knowledge and qualifications evaluation) aligned with the certification process.
