Personalized hands-on platform

The goal
The result is an online interactive course that will serve as a complete training package. In particular, it will include motivational workflows for enhancing learners' performance toward improving their training skills and, as a result, empowering them towards transfer of adequate knowledge to others. In order to achieve that, the online environment will comprise micro e-learning elements where the course will be available in full. As e-learning becomes increasingly popular, especially due to the COVID confinement, with online training proving particularly beneficial to VET training, micro learning seems to act as an alternative for lifelong learning.
The target group
The groups we target are: Textile professionals interested in or already taking steps towards environmental sustainability, VET & Textile experts willing to actively participate in a dialogue about green, gender-neutral methods. Universities with Textile/Environmental departments, public or private organizations engaged in gender-equality or environmental initiatives, AR developers or developers/organizations willing to adopt innovative digital learning methods for sustainable training and enhanced learning experiences, policy makers, and digital agencies.
Innovation
Innovation resides in the provision of high quality training materials in the form of a Result Description (including needs analysis, target groups, elements of the innovation, expected impact, and transferability potential) that combines different training methods towards acquiring proper knowledge related to environmental sustainability and gender justice. In the research conducted by the technical partners of the project upon existing tools and courses covering this area of study, there is no concrete evidence that micro-e-learning elements and interactive multimedia resources are all combined into one course, making the Platform a novel solution for learners through Open Educational Resources (OERs).

Impact
Users will be able to co-create content and provide up-to-date training materials based on their experiences within a single environment since they will have the role of both trainers and learners. Furthermore, the social aspect of the interactive course will encourage participants to engage in dialogue related to the project initiative, acting as a constant feedback source for further improvement.
